How to Use

Adults and children aged 1 year and over

Apply to the neck, chest or soles of the feet before sleep or nap time, up to twice daily.

Babies under 12 months

Do not apply directly to the baby's skin. Instead, apply to the caregiver's hands and gently cup them near the baby for gentle aromatic exposure.
