How to Use

Adults and children aged 1 year and over

Apply to the tummy and lower back after feeds, up to 3 times daily, or as needed for comfort. Massage gently in a clockwise direction.

Babies under 12 months

Do not apply directly to the baby's skin. Instead, apply to the caregiver's hands and gently cup them near the baby for gentle aromatic exposure.
